However, you can take this further and demonstrate your professional commitment by becoming a full member of AAT and gaining the right to use the letters MAAT after your name.We appreciate that there are many questions people have regarding full membership. To the end of answering some of these questions, we recently held a live Q&A on Facebook cleverly entitled ‘MAATchat’.We invited our Facebook fans to sign up to our event and ask whatever questions they had about full membership, which we then answered on the night with the help of our guest panellists; Henry Cooper FMAAT, Sarah Knight MAAT and Cathy Littler MAAT.Henry Cooper is the Managing Director of BirchCooper Accounting Services Limited and a former president of AAT. Sarah Knight is an accountancy professional and an AAT CPD Prize Winner. Cathy Littler previously worked for a large training provider and is now a freelance consultant that specialises in accountancy training. To see a selection of questions and answers from the night, please take a look at our Storify below.[View the story “#MAATchat Summer 2014” on Storify]Interested in becoming a MAAT?
